9 Queens offers a range of programs designed to extend the benefits of chess to under-served and under-represented populations. It is an unfortunate reality that in the United States, all children do not have equal access to chess education. For the most part, only children with the financial resources and initial interest to seek chess instruction outside of school are exposed to its benefits. Our chess education programs specifically target girls and socio-economically disadvantaged youth. We currently provide programming in Tucson, Arizona.

If you are part of a Title I public school, library or after-school program and would like to get more information on our programs and sign up for waiting list, please email jhoffman@9queens.org.
